Hello, it’s been months since my last post. I’ve been busy preparing the hotel for upcoming holiday but here I am today reviewing one of most possitive reviewed K-Beauty products out there : Missha Time Revolution Night Repair Borabit Ampoule.
I always want to try this product long long ago but gathering all the possitive and negative review of it then come up with the decision to give it a try.
PACKAGING
It is dark purple pipette glass bottle packed in a dark purple box. The packaging colour and design is giving an exclusive impression even though I am not a fan of dark purple color.
SCENT & TEXTURE
It is a light consistency with light brown with no significant scent make it easy to layered with another products.
WHAT IT CLAIMS?
Anti aging serum to brighten and smooth aging skin.
MY OPINION
I have a hight expectation on this product since lots of possitive feedbacks about this, but up until I finished the bottle, I don’t really find any significant result on this.
The plus point is the lightweight consistency, while for brightening effect I dont really see any result. Indeed it smoothen my face a little but only I use this twice a day for morning and evening skincare routine while they called it a night repair.
REPURCHASE?
No. I will try another product since I am sure there are products with better performance and affordable price out there.
Today I’m going to review one of the best cleanser I’ve been using : Skinfood Bitter Green Clay to Foam. For me my best ranking cleanser should be at first does not stripped my face. That is the most important for me.
So let’s get started.
PACKAGING
I’m in love with the color of their packaging once I saw it online and make a rush decision to give it a try. The green color feels relaxing for me. It reflects the ingredients of the foam, which is contains of 5 main ingredients : wheat sprout, kale, celery, broccoli, and cabbage as mentioned on their packaging.
I bought this online from a local online shop and get a IDR 150.000 price (USD 11.5).
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
As I search on the internet, SKINFOOD’S Bitter Green Clay to Foam contains Amazonian clay to absorb pore-clogging impurities. It said to be quicker than a mask and more thorough than a foaming cleanser.
TEXTURE & SCENT
The texture more like a clay mask. But it turns into bubbles after we put some water.
I like how it smell so refreshing with a proper amount of scent so it doesn’t bother me as an unscented skincare lover.
MY OPINION
There are several possitive points I give to this product. I like how Korean product (including this one) could provide you a good quality with a very affordable price. This cleanser clearly does no strip my face and I give a very high point for this. Even though there’s a slight scent it does not bother at all. As a second cleanser after a cleansing oil, I feel that this product have a good cleansing task. My skin feels very soft after I apply this product. It feels lightweight, non greasy and soothing.
I try to search for the cons or the negative point but I could not find one. So I’m going to skip.
I always want to try this product since a looong time but never been decided to buy since the pros and cons from every review I have read. But then I decided to give it a try and here I am making a review about Missha Time Revolution The First Treatment Essence after use almost half of the bottle.
PACKAGING
The packaging comes with a frosted glass bottle in the silver box. I like the silver box and the frosted glass bottle itself because it makes the product look exclusive and expensive. The only problem is that it made of glass. I just could not imagine if I put it on the edge of the table and slip, then the whole product only become memory. So, I think it will be better if they don’t put it in a glass bottle.
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
This product full of 80% fermented yeast concentrate which could absorbs into skin instantly and energize the skin. It claimed to be improving fine lines and skin tone.
This is the first step in the skin care routine after cleansing. Use your palm and absorb gently and evenly onto your face.
TEXTURE & SCENT
The texture is watery almost the same with SK-II FTE but the color is more clear compare to SK-II which is more yellowish. I am so happy because it is an unscented product.
MY OPINION
I use this after cleansing and apply toner so it is not practically my first step of skin care routine after cleansing for me. From their claim of the product’s effect, I feel the my skin tone more even now. Besides that this product surely hydrated and yet it feels so light also. You also could use this as a mask by pouring it to the square cotton pad then put the cotton pad in your face and leave it for 15-20 minutes.
From what I feel after use half of the bottle, I feel this product have been fulfill most of their promises. Now I know why this product been very popular. You will feel more great result if you combine this with the MISSHA Time Revolution Night Repair Ampoule. I will review this product soon.
Almost all of it is a hit, the only miss is the glass bottle. I really hope that Missha will think about it and come up with a non glass bottle. Maybe they could use the SK-II FTE packaging for reference.

Hello! Today I want to share about beauty products that I use almost every day. There are combination between western, Japanese and Korean products. I am a fan of Korean products because I feel that I could get a good quality beauty products with more affordable price, but there are also some western products I cannot switch.
About 3 years ago I try this loose powder because my mom is a big fan of SK-II products. I like this product and use it everyday because it feels very light on my skin, the value for money comparison also make sense. I bought this product around IDR 580.000 (USD 44.5) but it takes almost a year for me to complete this. I have been use another loose powder brand before, for around IDR 350.000 (USD 30) the content is less than half of the SK-II.
ETUDE HOUSE DRAWING EYE BROW
This is my third purchase of this product. The price is very affordable, I bought it for IDR 35.000 (USD 3) in a local online shop. The shade really match my eyebrow color and the shape of the eyebrow pencil tip makes it easier for me to apply this on my eyebrow. I use the #02 shade, it is a gray brown shade.
ETUDE HOUSE OH! M’ EYE LASH VOLUME MASCARA
For me, mascara is not a product that I cannot leave behind. I use it everyday, but if I forget and don’t bring it along while I travelled, I’ll survive. So my mascara dictionary is not rich. I only ever bought 3 brands my whole life. This product is enough for my daily natural makeup. I bought it for IDR 50.000 (USD 3.5), very affordable.
MAC BLUSH
I always use blusher everyday. This is one of product I cannot live without. I even use blusher once I go for a jog. For blusher brand I have been tied up to MAC. The color range is rich, the price is normal, and it really pigmented to the point sometimes I feel that it takes ages for me to complete the product.
URBAN DECAY NAKED 1 EYE SHADOW PALETTE
This Urban Decay eye shadow palette is one of my favourite palette. It is indeed quite pricey but I am very satisfied with the result. With the help of Urban Decay Primer Potion, the eye shadow colour come up very beautiful and pigmented. So if I consider the result, I don’t mind buying this product for IDR 700.000 (USD 58.5). But the problem of buying eye shadow palette is we never use all of the shades. I only use 5 out of 12 shades for my daily application. My favourites are : Virgin, Darkhorse, Hustle, Creep and Gunmetal.
LANEIGE TWO TONE TINT LIP BAR
Laneige is one of my favourite Korean beauty product brand. The lip products also my top favourite. This two tone tint lip bar is the new version of previous two tone lip bar with more moisturized and glossy result while delivering the strong colour. For those who hate to have two lip product for gradient look, this product give the best solution with satisfying result. I’m in love with this. I use the #08 Cherry Milk colour as my favourite.
