[Review] Neogen Real Fresh Green Tea Cleansing Stick

Hi, now I will review Neogen Real Fresh Green Tea Cleansing Stick. I choose this product because I was looking for a more solid and travel friendly cleanser and come up with this product.

I bought this for IDr 150.000 (USD 11.5) from one of local online shop via Instagram. Here are my review about this product.

I think the basic concept of this product is a travel friendly cleanser with a very deep cleansing result so you can skip a double cleansing method. Also worked as a gentle exfoliator with the green tea crush inside this cleansing stick.

IMPRESSION & OPINION

My first impression of the packaging is compact and travel friendly and it matches my searching criteria for a cleanser. Solid cleansing stick with a green transparent plastic container. I won’t be worried this product will spill.

The moment i read the direction of use, honestly I find it a bit awkward to apply the stick directly to my damp face. I think it is less hygienic.

For a unscented skincare lover, I don’t like the strong scent of this cleansing stick.

Another annoying thing is it sting my eyes whenever I use this product, so I have to make sure I have been clean it completely with water before I open my eyes.

After using this product I feel my skin is very tight and I should directly apply a face mist, beauty water or hydrating toner after to maintain my skin moisture.

PROS & CONS

Pros : price relatively affordable, shape and packaging is travel friendly.

Cons : too strong scent to the point I annoyed with it, it makes my skin tight after using it, sting my eyes.

REPURCHASE?

Nope. Too much cons for me, so I will try another cleanser.

[Review] Mizon All in One Snail Repair Cream

Hi! Welcome to mamihika.com. I would like to review one of famous Korean skincare product : Mizon All in One Snail Repair Cream. I just tried this product now because I was very loyal to one US skincare brand I’ve been using since year 2000 in the point I don’t want to try another skincare product. But since the last 5 years I start to open my heart for other brands and products. Some was a hit and some was a miss.

I was interested in trying this product because some of beauty blog site recommend this product as one of the best Korean skincare cream. There are lots of possitive reviews about this product, so I give it a try. I bought this product for IDR 205.000 (USD 16) in a local online shop. Here is my review on Mizon All in One Snail Repair Cream.

FIRST IMPRESSION

Amber glass jar with black cap covered with an orange metallic box as its packaging. I don’t really like the box since it makes the product look cheap. But I find the amber glass jar makes the product looks expensive. For those who like to travel or having an active kids like me, this is quite troublesome.

I don’t really pay attention on every ingredients of my skincare so I also won’t discuss it detail here. I just know from my browsing activity about this product before decided to buy it that it contains 92% snail extracts. Imagining part of snail touch my skin is a little bit awkward at first. But since I try not to imagine anything and just try it, I find it normal now.

This product has been said hydrates, helps improve the appearance of fine lines, and helps reduce the appearance of acne scarring and blemishes. Ideal for oily and acne-prone to combination skin types.

MY THOUGHTS

I like how light the texture is (more like milky gel than cream). This product is unscented and it is definitely an added value for me.

But the cons are : i did’t see a significant impact in my skin, even after two weeks of usage, I feel my skin tend to be dryer. I have stop and reapllied it, but the same thing occurs. My skin got drier.

I think you need to add another hydrating cream after you apply this product
